How often are orders shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched once a week, usually on Mondays. If there are any delays due to illness or holidays, I will announce them in advance on Instagram.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
Yes. Shipping costs are already included in the listed product prices, so there are no additional shipping charges during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Germany usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries may take a little longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods offered during checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Smaller prints are shipped by standard mail and do not include tracking. Larger prints shipped in protective mailing tubes include tracking.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Every print is personally signed and individually numbered.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Original artworks and commissioned pieces are non-refundable. Prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of both the artwork and the packaging. I will do my best to find a suitable solution.
