Where do you ship?
I currently ship to Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
At the moment, I do not offer shipping to other countries.
How often are orders shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched once a week, usually on Mondays. If there are any delays due to illness or holidays, I will announce them in advance on Instagram.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
Yes. Shipping costs are already included in the listed product prices, so there are no additional shipping charges during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Germany usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries may take a little longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods offered during checkout.
How are larger prints shipped?
Prints from A3 size onwards are shipped rolled in a protective mailing tube. If your order contains an A3 or larger print, all prints in the order will be shipped together in the tube, including smaller prints.
Due to being rolled for shipping, prints may have a slight curl or curvature when unpacked. This is normal and not a printing defect. The paper will gradually flatten again after being carefully unrolled and given some time to rest.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Smaller prints are shipped by standard mail and do not include tracking. Larger prints shipped in protective mailing tubes include tracking.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Every print is personally signed and individually numbered.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Original artworks and commissioned pieces are non-refundable. Prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of both the artwork and the packaging. I will do my best to find a suitable solution.
