SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Cancellation and Return of Prints:
Buyers have the right to cancel and return prints within 30 days of receipt of the item, provided the item is undamaged and in its original condition. To initiate a return, the buyer is asked to contact us via email to discuss the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
Original artworks and commissioned works are excluded from returns. These products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Items:
If the artwork arrives damaged, we kindly ask the buyer to contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through an exchange or a refund.
SECTION 7 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
